A Porencephaly Warrior

Meet the happiest little guy you’ll ever know. Thain suffered a perinatal stroke during late gestation. This led to him being diagnosed with porencephaly, a rare condition caused by a brain injury that results in a fluid-filled cyst in the brain. Thain has since been diagnosed with cerebral palsy on the right side of his body and autism, both of which are common with porencephaly. He has brought so much joy to our family and many others who have been blessed to meet him. We are so proud of our little boy and all he has accomplished.
