Returns & Exchanges:
Loving your order is the most important thing! We accept returns/exchanges on full priced items* up to 10 days from date of delivery. Shipping costs on returns/exchanges are the buyer's responsibility, unless the return/exchange is due to defects in manufacturing or you received the incorrect item.
Due to its nature, custom and sale/closeout items can not be returned or exchanged. Returns will only be accepted on full priced items. TO VIEW OUR SALE COLLECTION POLICY CLICK HERE.
To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it (no smells of cigarettes, laundry detergent and/or pet hair), in original packaging with tags, and proof of purchase must be provided.

To return items purchased from a boutique/retailer that carries LC:
Please contact the retailer for further assistance. We cannot accept returns of any Laree + Co. merchandise not purchased directly from lareeandco.com. The retailer you bought the items from is responsible for any returns/refunds.
To exchange gifts:
Please email support@lareeandco.com and include the name and address of the person who placed the order and indicate the return/exchange item is a gift. We will make an exchange, but cannot issue a refund.

*Full-Priced items eligible for returns do not include full-price custom products. Custom products are always considered final sale.
