A Primary Immune Deficiency and Lung Disease Warrior

Our daughter, Charleston “Charlie Lynn,” started getting sick and deteriorating shortly after her first birthday. At eighteen months, she had her first hospitalization.

We found out she has an issue with how fast her T cells proliferate, which causes her immune system to malfunction. She also has nodules in her lungs, reduced mobility of her right lung, asthma, failure to thrive, and a host of other challenges.

Even with everything she’s faced, she is still the happiest and sassiest little girl. She is tiny but mighty.
