A Cerebral Palsy Warrior

Claire was born at 27 weeks and suffered bilateral grade 3 and grade 4 brain bleeds. These bleeds led to IVH and PVL, as well as epilepsy. She underwent her first brain surgery at just 2 lbs, and she has since had three other brain surgeries, including the drainage of a cyst on her brain stem. Claire has continued to show that her personality will not be dimmed even in the darkest of times. She is obsessed with music, especially John Denver and Queen!
