Shipping Information:

Laree + Co. ships items from Fort Scott, Kansas every Monday through Friday, excluding weekends & holidays!

ALL CONTINENTAL U.S. ORDERS WITH BAMBOO ITEMS OVER $75 SHIP FREE.

FREIGHT WILL ALWAYS BE CHARGED ON T-SHIRTS, SWEATSHIRTS, AND CUSTOM BLANKETS.

SHIPPING COSTS ARE AUTO-CALCULATED AT CHECKOUT BY WEIGHT.

U.S. Shipping Transit Times

Our current processing time varies per item. Our default method of shipping is Priority, which takes approximately 2-5 business days to deliver within the USA, EXCLUDING Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and APO. Most customers receive their order within a week, but delays are possible especially around the holidays.

Tees and custom blankets have a turnaround time of 1-2 weeks.

Order Status

  • All orders come with shipping and tracking information! Please check your emails for updates.
  • Please allow 48 hours for tracking to be updated once shipped.
  • We suggest signing up for e-mail and/or SMS notifications for tracking information to ensure you receive real-time updates for your package's last location.
  • We are NOT responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If you are having trouble tracking your package with the tracking information we provide and have purchased Route Shipping Protection, please contact Route for more information.

Import Taxes & Duties

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes incurred that may apply. Laree + Co. is not responsible for delays due to customs, duties, or taxes.

Refused Or Undeliverable Packages

Refused or undeliverable packages are subject to return shipping costs that vary by shipping method used in the original order. We will deduct shipping fees from your invoice for orders marked as undeliverable, refused, or insufficient address.

Refused, insufficient address, or undeliverable packages will be refunded minus all shipping charges, which will be deducted from your original payment. Please place a new order with correct shipping address/information if you would like your items re-sent.

FAQs

Q: Will the items I purchase be final sale?

A: All items part of the sale/closeout collection are FINAL SALE. 

Q: Can I cancel or adjust my order?

A: Unfortunately, due to the volume of orders we cannot guarantee we can make any adjustments to orders.

 Q: If I made a purchase before a sale, can my order be price adjusted?

A: Unfortunately, we will not be able to make any price adjustments to any orders placed before or after any sale.

When you purchase an item from full price or sale items, you purchase knowing the prices could change in the future.

Q: How long will my order take to ship?

A: Due to the influx of orders received, order processing times experience delays—however, orders should ship within the time span provided below. 

• For ready to ship (RTS) items, our turn around time is typically 1-3 business days! 

•For tees, personalized blankets, etc. please allow 1-2 weeks for us to print them!

Orders containing both RTS and tees/personalized items will ship together at the later TAT posted.

Q: What size should I order?

A: Please refer to the size charts attached to each item. If you have any questions or want additional feedback, please join our group Laree + Co Community and all our LC loving mamas and team can help with fit questions!

Q: I entered my billing or shipping address incorrectly, what should I do?

A: If this occurs, please email support@lareeandco.com and in your initial email include:

  1. Your order #
  2. Your correct billing or shipping address.

We cannot guarantee any adjustments can be made during this time but we will try to accommodate if we are able to.

 

 REGARDING SALE ITEMS: Our sale collection is constantly updating and getting new arrivals, price adjustments, and more! All sales collection sales are FINAL—no returns, no exchanges. Cannot be combined with any other offers or promotions. Cannot be applied to a previous order. No cancellations. No price adjustments (When you purchase an item from full price or sale items, you purchase knowing the prices could change in the future). No order adjustments. No exceptions.

 

Returns & Exchanges:

Loving your order is the most important thing! We accept returns/exchanges up to 10 days from date of delivery. Shipping costs on returns/exchanges are the buyer's responsibility, unless the return/exchange is due to defects in manufacturing or you received the incorrect item.

To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it (no smells of cigarettes, laundry detergent and/or pet hair), in original packaging with tags, and proof of purchase must be provided.

To return items purchased from a boutique/retailer that carries LC:

Please contact the retailer for further assistance. We cannot accept returns of any Laree + Co. merchandise not purchased directly from lareeandco.com. The retailer you bought the items from is responsible for any returns/refunds. 

To return gifts:

Please email support@lareeandco.com and include the name and address of the person who placed the order and indicate the return/exchange item is a gift. We will make an exchange, but cannot issue a refund except to the original purchaser.
